"Quality is never an accident; it is always the result of high intention, sincere effort, intelligent direction and skillful execution; it represents the wise choice of many alternatives." -William H. Foster
Drew Walling, President
After graduating with a Bachelor of Science from Texas Tech University Drew attained his real estate license, which he still holds today. In 2000 he got his first house under contract. Prior to the funding of the loan many of the walls had already be knocked down by the eager builder to be! “I would look at a wall and say ‘why did they do it this way or what were they thinking’ then tear it out and re-do it.” It was then that he realized that when he had company over, people loved what he was doing and would ask if they could have something done at their own home. And the remodeling side of the business had started.
After almost a decade in real estate and remodeling homes, he developed his first residential development, Badminton Heights. He took it from land acquisition, plan development, planning and zoning with the town to building families’ dreams on the lots he developed. Drew is involved in all aspects of the building process from helping clients' choose the right lot and designing their house plans to the final walk-through. Being so involved in the day-to-day operations of the construction process he is able to not only get the job done right, but get it done on time!
